Day-Of-Wedding Coordinator

Our Day-Of-Coordinator will

take all the stress off of you and family! The

Day-Of-Wedding Coordinator is a CVF staff

member. This means that they know the

property inside and out and can assist with

all your day-of-wedding needs. They will

handle everything from taking care of

vendors, golf carting guests to the ceremony

site, assist in decorating, end of night

checkout, and handle all your little details

throughout the day. You will get 2 planning

meetings with your coordinator, unlimited

text/call and emails.

Bridal & Groom Suites

Our farm house has been transformed into 2 suites. One for the Bride and one for the Groom. Each side has its own entrance. The Bride's side has a kitchen, sitting room, large getting ready room with mirror, bar and stools; 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Groom's side has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and spacious walkout patio.

You hire the bartender, tell us your bar menu and your guest's pay for their drinks!

Pick 3 beers, 2 wines or assorted seltzers and 3 liquors from our Cedar Valley Forest Bar Menu.
Barware (cups, napkins, stirs, etc.)
We do not serve shots, neat pours or pours on the rocks

Bar Tab

You hire the bartender and set the dollar amount you want to spend on your guests. Once that is spent, the bar switches to a cash bar and your guest's can continue paying for their own drinks.

The Bar

$25/per person

Customize your bar package to fit your needs and only pay for the number of bartenders you need. Pick 3 beers, 2 wines or assorted seltzers and 3 liquors from our Cedar Valley Forest Bar Menu. Let us take care of everything else.

Includes: Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Lemonade, Cranberry juice, Club soda, Tonic and limes

Guest's under 21 are $5.00/each
Local sales tax will be added to the final bill
